Tasks
- Development and Implementation of EU/US-relevant regulatory strategies for Digital Asset products.
- Compliance Management (AML, KYC, MiCA/SEC licensing) – including interface with internal teams and external law firms.
- Research and Monitoring of EU and US legal developments (MiCA, SEC, Digital Asset regulation).
- Contract Drafting and Review for EU/US-focused products.
- Internal Training and knowledge transfer on EU/US compliance topics.
- Close Collaboration with Product Teams to develop regulatory-compliant solutions.
Your profile
- Legal vocational training (e.g. paralegal, legal assistant, tax law specialist, or equivalent).
- Further qualifications an advantage (e.g. certifications in compliance, Digital Assets, fund law, EU/US law).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
- Fluent German and English (business fluent in English).
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas:Banking, capital markets, or financial law (focus on Digital Assets / tokenization – EU and/or US).
- Fund industry (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS, Private Equity – EU and/or US).
- US regulation (e.g. SEC, Digital Asset compliance) or EU law (e.g. MiCA, AIFMD).
- Proven project experience in fintech, asset management, or a law firm (EU/US focus an advantage).
