Overview
Tasks
- Contractual and regulatory support for EU/US-focused Digital Asset products and funds.
- Contribution to compliance processes (AML, KYC, MiCA/SEC licensing).
- Legal research on EU and US regulatory developments (MiCA, SEC decisions, Digital Asset regulation).
- Collaboration with internal teams (Legal, Product, Operations) and external law firms.
- Documentation and reporting on regulatory matters.
Your profile
- Completed law degree (LL.M, Master. or J.D.)
- Relevant academic work (dissertation / master's thesis on banking, capital markets, financial law, tokenization, Digital Assets, or fund law).
- First work experience (internships, first experience) OR concrete professional experience in one of the above areas.
- Strong interest in EU and US law (e.g. MiCA, SEC regulation, Digital Asset compliance).
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, and team spirit.
- Fluent German and English
