Tasks

Ensure Quality & Develop Solutions 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute QA activities: enhance test strategies, optimize testing tools, and ensure robust software quality.
  • Design and develop test frameworks and automation toolsto streamline our testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop software solutions using Python and TypeScript, contributing directly to our product’s quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managersto refine and improve our solutions.
  • Execute tests,analyseresults, and manage bug tracking and release processes, ensuring seamless delivery.

Your profile

We’re looking for candidates who bring both QA and development expertise, along with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit. Here’s what will help you thrive: 

  • Passion for Technology: You’re excited about software development, testing, and automation, and eager to expand your expertise in both areas.
  • Development Skills: You have hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript, and are comfortable writing clean, maintainable code.
  • QA Mindset: You have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and are familiar with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) or automation frameworks.
  • Attention to Detail: You’re structured, thorough, and committed to delivering high-quality results in both development and testing.
  • Collaboration: You communicate effectively in German and Englishand enjoy working in a cross-functional team.
  • Proactive Approach: You take initiative, research solutions independently, and ask insightful questions to drive progress.
  • Resilience: You handle pressure with a solution-focused mindset and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Your Skills 

  • Programming: Python, TypeScript
  • DevOps & Tools: Bash, Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
  • Testing: Experience with automated testing, test frameworks, or QA processes (e.g., writing and maintaining test scripts, CI/CD integration).
  • Language: Fluent English; German (A2-B1 or willingness to learn)
